Good News Illustration

Quarriers Marketing and Communications Department worked with young people supported by Quarriers, staff from young people’s Inclusion services (Natalie Bell, Mandy Burns, Catherine Harrison and Katherine Foster), and lecturers Ian Bell and Amy Whiten from City of Glasgow College to create a design brief for students.

The brief was given to first and second year students at the college to create characters and illustrations to use in printed marketing materials aimed at young people.

Entries were submitted by students and presented to the group for feedback. Designs by Davie Niven, a second year HND Illustration student, were chosen, and these will be incorporated into designs for materials to promote Quarriers Coaching for Life and other services.
